Autumn Ridge Goat Farm has been making fresh chèvre and feta since 2015 and is owned and operated by Windy and Matt Klossner. We have a New York State Ag & Markets inspected facility and participate in the New York State Grown and Certified Program and Lewis County Cuisine Trail. Our goal is to provide our customers with a healthy, delicious product using only simple ingredients and fresh, quality milk from our 50 head herd or Saanen and Nubian dairy goats. Matt and Windy have been farming their entire lives and also operate a 360 head herd of Holstein, Jersey and Ayrshire cattle dairy farm. Windy has extensive experience in equipment sanitation and food safety regulations and is HACCP certified.
